Bottom cushion is very bad, it hurts your knees., overall this product is not usable. It will hurt your legs and back. I would like to return this.

not comfortable

This is largely non-adjustable chair. Not something you would like to go for

Already sold at half price. I basically transferred my back pain to my knees with this chair. Good quality though if you can stay comfortable for longer than 20 minutes.

Assembly was super easy and the back support on this kneeling chair is the best part.

Works as advertised! A bit difficult to get used to, and I am still adjusting the settings to get it “just right”, but it does help reduce my back pain (I sit at a computer for a few hours a day). If you have bad knees, this may not be for you. Having said that, i have had 3 arthroscopies on my knees, and I am doing ok with it as long as I “switch off” periodically to my usual chair. These chairs are difficult to find and try out in stores, unfortunately. I decided to just bite the bullet and try one, and I have not been disappointed (I have also had 4 back surgeries!).

Good

Not tall enough for my height. My feet and legs are numb. It’s sturdy and comfy but not a good fit for me.

Outstanding, using this as a microscope chair. Being able to sit upright instead of bending over to view down the scope is resulting in less lower back pain! Only thing not working is the mesh back rest; going to extend it with a piece of wood with longer screws so that it supports my upper back correctly.

The chair is great--very well constructed and easy to assemble. It arrived with one broken caster, so I am awaiting the replacement.

This product was offered at a great price, was easy to select and buy, and I received the shipment much faster than expected. Thanks Wayfair!

Pass

The back support is weak. While a lot of your body weight is taken by your knees, your back needs to be supported more than what this chair provides. Also, the back plastic part broke immediately upon use.

Time will tell.

Doesn't feel like a $180 chair in terms of quality construction and machining but time will tell. My wife needed it after back surgery. Only had this a week and no complaints so far but the price seems high.

Comfortable and adjustable, some assembly required

This chair is comfortable and adjustable. Also it is light weight so easy to carry and manipulate. My only recommendation for assembly would be to have a second hex drive to tighten a few of the bolts.

Cheap quality. Poorly designed, Cheap casters.

Very cheap materials. Low quality. Definitely would not recommend. Casters do not swivel because the axis of rotation is not perpendicular to the floor. Junk. I will return to store when this pandemic loosens up.

Cheap materials, incorrect length bolts

Nice concept but it ends there. I am a 53 year old general contractor/mechanic who has a great deal of experience with assembling equipment made of various types of materials. This chair is made of substandard materials. The hardware pack contained allen head bolts of quantities which did not match the directions. There "definitely" was not enough of a particular length of bolt to complete the assembly of the chair. Directions/assembly instructions have definitely been revised without changing the hardware quantities. The gauge of steel tubing is very thin and the welds are certainly suspect. If I had seen this chair in person, before buying it, I would not have bought it.

Good chairs can't always fix bad habits.

The chair was easy to assemble. It even fits in my small-ish space. Though this is designed as an ergonomic chair, I still find ways to sit in it that are definitely not ergonomic. And my cats wonder where my lap went.

Just fine.

Comfortable, and I fit it fine at 5'4". The lumbar support does not adjust and it is a bit high for me, but I find I don't need to rely on it much. I was also annoyed that upon receiving it, there were many scratches in the black paint on the frame, but they're not super noticeable.

Disappointed

Not very comfortable. The seat is hard, and the kneeling pad hurts my knees. Try to adjust in many ways. I would not recommend it. I was excited to get this as I use to have a kneeling chair year ago that I loved.
