Terrible Customer Service
I bought 5 of these desks from the ECR4kids site. The ones without damaged pieces worked great, but I had two pieces that did not have screw threads. I contacted customer services at ECR4 kids and it took many days to get a first response. They needed more information about the product batch number. I provided the information and it has been over a week and no response. I called and emailed, and still no response about a replacement desk or replacement pieces. There were technical issues on their site to write a review, but I wanted to warn people about purchasing from this company. They have horrible customer service and if something is wrong with your product, you may be out of luck and not get a replacement or refund.
