Poor customer service and shipping

Still haven’t received my order but am filling out the review because the company wants me to review them to get 15% off next order. Keep it. Reported company to Better Business Bureau.Please review their Google reviews and BBB reviews before purchasing through them.

This is a sturdy desk with all the features to make it what's trending. The metal legs give it great support without the bulk of a wood back and sides. The color of the washed wood is so neutral it could blend with any style. Beautiful wood grain. Happy with my purchase.

Substantial yet Simple

Love the size. Big enough for daily work on one side and my podcast Equipment on the other. Wide open bottom makes it easy to shift around. Three good sized drawers for storage and finished on the back

Pretty but...

...incredibly precious. Made of mango wood I believe? Whatever the wood, it's soft and fragile. Takes on a dent with virtually no effort. The desk is lovely but I wish I had bought something more durable.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend

I paid for white glove service for delivery for this desk. The moving company delivered it outside of the delivery window and I had to have a neighbor rush over to receive it. They left the desk without assembling it, and the company has not responded to 4 different inquiries about refunding my payment for the white glove service. Super disappointing experience; definitely would not recommend.

Can't review a product that's yet to arrive

I placed my order on 7/29/20. The item was listed as "in stock" and was supposed to ship 10-14 business days after purchase. It's now been 32 business days and still no desk.
