I returned it. The product pictured did not match product. The product did not have 4 legs. The back sat on toilet. I did not like that.
Easy to assemble, fits tight spaces but what is shown is not what I received. I received a totally different model so I was both surprised and disappointed because it wasn't what I ordered.

Will be returning as does not work/fit on toilets that have snap on/ off toilet lid/ seat mechanism. Toilets must have nut and bolt to use
This toilet Safety Frame was easy to put together, and the adjusting legs make it possible for different heighth needs. The instructions were picture only, no words or explanation. One picture was difficult to understand, and the legs are not as sturdy I thought they should be. Once I had it assembled, I tried it and found it very comfortable. Overall a good product for the price. Made in USA.
Possible Hardware issue.
You might need to buy some galvanized stove bolts to fit the holes on the metal piece that goes across the bowl, If you can't use the old toilet seat bolts. They don't supply those bolts. everything else is included.
