Easy to assemble and works perfectly. It was the only one I found that had the bar across the front which is needed for stability. In addition, this one has the suction cups on the legs. Nice bonus. This was clearly designed by someone who actually understood what's needed with this kind of equipment. Price was very reasonable and arrived in a very timely manner. Highly recommended. (Please note - for assembly - there is a RIGHT side rail and LEFT side rail. This was left out of the video on the Vive website.)

Works Great

The toilet safety frame was relatively easy to assemble after a little head scratching. It is a good fit in the confined space near our toilet. It is very sturdy and is a much needed aid for sitting and rising from the toilet.

Sturdy and adjustable

I bought this for my husband. It handles his 350+ weight without a problem. Although the instructions say to assemble the pieces on the commode, for me it was easier to assemble the pieces and THEN attach the finished product to the toilet. (Some of the nuts are on the back side of the posts and are difficult to see or adjust when the device is already attached to the toilet.) Being able to adjust the height and width is a boon. The stabilizer bar across the front is vital when being used by a large person.

Perfect Solution

We purchased this frame to replace a plastic riser with handles—best decision ever!! Installation was straight forward & painless. The frame is sturdy and durable as well as comfortable to use. Initially we used the frame on our standard toilet under the riser which worked perfectly. However, once we knew how amazing the frame would work we wanted to be totally done with the plastic and purchased a 20 inch tall toilet. The feet on the frame are not tall enough to work with the new toilet-even when they are fully extended. We are hoping that we can purchase some kind of extension that will gain us 3 inches. Is such an item available?

Toilet Safety Frame

I selected this product over the less expensive version because I want a support on the toilet that is stable. The extra stabilizer bar in front of the toilet gives the stability that is needed to provide security. There is no question that this Safety Frame will support anyone using it. Be sure you have someone who knows how to install this device do so.

Good Stable Product

I went together with out any problems. I just wish the handles were a little lower. I am probably going to have to raise the toilet seat a little for my wife to push herself up more easily. For me is ok. It seems to be very sturdy.

Great Product

Well designed, easy to assemble (good instructions helped) and very adjustable. I installed it on my 100 year old mother’s Master Bathroom toilet. After a few days, she decided she wanted the arms to be lower. I made the adjustment in 30 seconds! She loves it and is glad to get rid of the old frame which was rusting steel and interferes with front wiping due to a steel cross bar that cut across the front 3 inches of the toilet.

A solid safety frame that you can have confidence in.

Very sturdy and features an nice range of adjustment for height and width. Installs with only the tools needed to remove the fasteners from the toilet seat. My only complaint is the assembly guide. It refers to the parts by letter like "connect leg A to bracket B." Nowhere in the book or on the parts are there letters so you really have to go by the photos to get it together.
