Item was received broken in numerous pieces. After contacting customer service 4 times, 25 BUSINESS days later, still no refund. now I am told to contact my payment method for them to initiate the refund. I will Never shop here again.

It was unusable top of tank was a Kohler and bottom of toilet was American Standard went round and round with 3rd party vendor they will not make it right.

Perfect size and height for my powder room. It flushes quickly and powerfully. The plumber who installed it agreed it was a great choice. Love the curved design of the tank.

New Toilet Bowl

When I first got this toilet, I wasn't overly happy with it. I had to adjust to the higher height of the seat, since my old toilet was just a standard one, not the Right Height. But now that I've had it for a couple of months I must say I really do like it. When you flush it, wow. Everything is gone in ONE FLUSH. With my old toilet you had to sometimes flush 2 or 3 times. Glad I went for this one.

Our contractor recommended this for our remodel: it's supposed to be pro grade but can get for residential. We haven't had to use the plunger in quite some time in our heavily-used half bath, so I am calling that a win! It doesn't hurt that it is sleek and curvy and not boxy like our previous one. A bit more expensive, but worth it.

Like the height, it's perfect over my last one that was 17" Jacuzzi, with no water in the bowl.

This one has about double the water in the bowl as our last 4 yr old toilet, but it's still just a hair shy of being just right. So I just add a little with the handle down when I know it's going to be necessary. Couldn't do that with the old one, without it flushing most of the time. Would say excellent on this, but the cost for getting a Linen colored one over just going to the local Big Box was around $154.00 more. Which was ludicrous, but I did it! Also the packaging to protect it was above and beyond.
