Very easy to install. The engineering team really goes over and above at crafting the design so the toilet has form and function AND is configured for easy installation. I’m no plumber, but it took about 45 minutes to install including removing the old toilet. Bravo! Bravo!

Small

The toilwt works fine so far but I'm dissapointed in the size of the opening and the height. I had wanted a higher swet and this seat measured at 16.5 inches and I wanted 17 inches. Most likely my fault since I went on the name helevated toilet.

Quiet. Created more room in a small bathroom after replacing a 40+ year old toilet. Good value though I find it odd that you have to purchase the seat separately!

Replaced two old toilets, plumber recommended the Cadet Pro, we're really pleased.

Defective unit

Bought it online from home hardware, tank assembly was defective as float was sticking with side wall. Contacted American Standard and they basically said "Go fix yourself". Really disappointed. This is my second fail within two years. First was with Dual Flush American Standard Toilet.

I ordered on a Sunday and received it by Tuesday morning. The toilet was an easy install and is working well.

We had 3 of these toilets installed into our new build. They are comfort height and low flow. They look great and are comfortable.

Almost right!

Almost right! It flushes well, is quiet enough and the bowl stays pretty clean. It is supposed to have the "power-wash" rim, but the flush barely sends any water down the back of the toilet. The plumber was useless that we got through Amazon Home Services. When I asked him to adjust the water flow in the back, he said no, I just install the toilet, no adjustments. Oh well, it's still pretty good.
