DO NOT BUY
This toilet is a horror. I have to clean it every day as the surface of the bowl is not smooth and everything sticks to it. The so-called "flush" does not circle the bowl and never removes solid waste. The design and quality are unbelievably poor. We replaced it once with the same model only to have the exact same problems. We are about to replace it with a Kohler which was recommended by a plumbing specialist. Save yourself the headache and expense--just walk away from this company.

Defective toilet
I purchased 2 of these toilets and within 6 months, one of them is clogged and the other is working fine. since it's over 90 days, I couldn't get any refund.
Terrible Toilet!!
I have several of this toilet model in my home now for a couple of years, they are constantly running all the time! I am always having them worked on. I have been extremely disappointed. Do not purchase!
Love it but can't get a part
I absolutely love my Vormax toilets. The way the water come into the bowl cuts way down on hard-water stains. BUT the little necessary FreshInfuser has been discontinued. So, one styar.

Got this toilet 3 years ago as I was sold on your technology, but this is by far the worst toilet on the planet!
It PLUGS and Wastes water
It used to be my toilet would plug about 1x or less a month, this 1 plugs at least 1x a week. The base is not round, so the plunger cannot get good suction, making it challenging. American Standard said I needed to PRIME the toilet, flush 10x-11x. If a guest flushes the toilet and holds down the flusher, you must PRIME AGAIN. So be prepared to give your guests instructions on how to flush OR be ready to waste water for the PRIMING process after each guest. Have you heard of PRIMING a toilet?
Great toilet. Flushes very well.
The toilet height is perfect and has a strong flush. There is no need to hold down the handle to get a "full" flush. I'm replacing the rest of our toilets with this same model.

What can I say? It's a toilet. It works like it should.
Flush valve chains hang often
The flush mechanism is frustrating as the chains on the flush valves often get tangled in the valve and you have to jiggle the handle or open the back and manually remove the tangled chains from the valves. When the toilet works (95% of the time), it works great, but I don't enjoy constantly listening for ~1 minute after flushing to make sure the flush valve isn't hung. No amount of adjusting the chains has fixed this issue.
Very disappointed.
This product will not flush completely every time. Every 3rd or 4th flush the water circulates in the bowl and will not drain. It never drains with toilet paper in it. This unit has been adjusted per the instructions several times and primed numerous times.

I am not as happy with this as i thought that i would be. I have had to repair it twice already. We installed it a month ago. Disappointed ☹️.
Very happy with this choice
It's only been in use a couple weeks, but so far so good. Flushes easily and flushes it all! We needed a toilet and tank that's not as tall as usual because of space issues, and this fit the space. The height of the seat is still a comfort height though. Seat cover is removable for easy cleaning. Seat and cover are "soft close."

Flush is strong and seat height is comfortable. You will still need a brush because ti does not get all of it sometimes.

Wonderful Design
Purchased this to replace our ensuite toilet and we couldn't be happier. Flushes very strongly with little water. The one piece design is very elegant. One odd feature is the little lip on the toilet seat that is meant for lifting the seat. Wish it weren't there as it somewhat ruins a perfect design.
Seat slides a lot. I have to tighten it about once a month.
