Do not buy

Poor in every aspect. Right out of box flush lever hits lid and sticks. Took all slack out of chain, but to no avail. Often takes multiple flushes. Bought two. Big mistake. Old toilets worked without issue for thirty years. Wish I never bought them.

Terrible toilet

Purchased two for bathroom remodel projects. Look nice and take up less room than traditional 2 piece toilets. That's where the nice things I have to say about these toilets end. The flush pattern is grossly inefficient to clean the bowl despite the flush mechanism being set up correctly for maximum water per flush. The seat design requires constant cleaning too. The different molded structures on the underside make cleaning a hassle. We have to clean the toilet several times a week. Would definitely not buy again or recommend to anyone.

Trip handle gets stuck

Overall this toilet is nice, but it has a minor problem. The rod connecting the trip handle to the chain gets wedged up against the lid, so you have to move the handle back up or it keeps running.

flapper in tank defective, produces weak flush

The flapper inside tank drops too soon sometimes, which leaves waste in bowl.

It’s a great toilet, but when my five year old daughter sits on the seat it pinches her legs so she doesn’t like the seat FYI for people who have little kids. But the flush works great and the toilet stays very clean.

Flushing issues

This toilet is compact and comes with a good seat. The problems i have experienced are the flush handle is made of metal and shrieks loudly when flushed. I cant seem to quieten it down and i cant find a replacement as the flush lever is a rare shape and not readilly available. When flushing the toilet the water evacuates very quickly and the flapper shuts prematurely. Only half of the water is used in the flush. After watching many YouTube videos and adjusting the chain length, the problem still persists.

NOTHING BUT PROMBLEMS!!

I PURCHASED 3 TO UPGRADE MY HOUSE AND 2 OUT OF THREE DO NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A TOILET THAT FLUSHES!! WAITING WEEKS FOR PARTS. CONTRACTOR DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING, BUT PRODUCT STINKS!!

Great toilet, but......

This toilet looks good flush is good stays clean well but sometimes it wants to keep running. I should not have to "jiggle the handle" to stop a new toilet from running..

Great toilet for a small space with bidet seat

I am very happy with this toilet. I needed a small toilet that had an elongated bowl and this one is perfect for my space. So far I am very happy with my purchase, easy install. I was looking for a toilet that would fit a bidet I bought as well. While the bidet seat is a little bit longer than the elongated toilet bowl, it works well for me.

Ok, but

Constantly running water, needed trip lever replacement. When evacuating solids, residue left on sides of bowl 9 out of 10 times.

Small, streamlined, nice to look at

Put this in a guest bath. Wanted something with a small profile and this fit the bill beautifully. As far as toilets go, it is sleek, modern, and super pretty. Works well. I don't find the seat extremely comfortable but it could be because I bought the "right height" size and I am on the shorter end of the stick.

What a great product! Can't believe that the seat, bowl, installation is so simple and easy. American Standard has made a great product here. I've got a Kohler Santa Rosa (awful) and a TOTO Ultramax and the American Standard Loft works so much better. It's great looking, the seat fits perfect, and it flushes EVERYTHING. Had a party last weekend and I think I convinced all of my friends/family to get this model or another American Standard.

This is a fine toilet. Flushes really well. I really don't think my plunger will be used much! Nice height, and the elongated fits in a smaller space than most because of the design of the tank. We are really pleased.
