The wrong tank was sent. The contractor had to reposition the plumbing to make it work since we were out of time

NEED REVIT FAMILIES TO SPEC YOUR STUFF

I am a design engineer and need revit families to ease the process of specifing any of your products. I have to give a 1 star because it does not have BIM to ease the design development and scheduling of said devices. I will not be specifing American Standard unless either told to or when you fix the revit issues associated with your devices.

Over 100 of these toilets installed.

I work for Paramount Picture Studios in the plumbing department. We have been using these toilets for the past 4+ years, swapping out older 1.6GPF or higher use toilets to this Champion Pro model. Even with the heavy use, these have stood up to the test and have performed great.

Flush with authority

I bought and installed this toilet 20 February 2019. I am very pleased with this Champion toilet, it flushes with authority. I replaced the original contractor’s toilet with the Champion. Best choice I made this year. I bought my toilet online, so it did not come with a wax ring or toilet lid. I am certainly going to replace another toilet in house next year with the Champion. Eventually, all toilets in my house will be American Standard.

Did the unthinkable

We bought this toilet over 4 years ago and it has been great. We have not had any problems and everything goes down. That was until today. I clogged it up. I’m not sure if my 2 year old has flushed anything down it but it’s clogged.

Terrible Flushing System

I purchased this toilet from a reputable plumbing supply store and had it professionally installed by a plumber. The flush on this toilet is almost non-existent. The flush only works on the very bottom of the bowl and does not clean three quarters of the whole bowl leaving disgusting remains behind. You might as well have a porta potty in your yard! I only replaced my toilets because they were 25 years old and had bad water staining. Now, only four months after installing three of these terrible toilets in my house, every one of them has water stains on the upper portion of the bowl because of the trickling water that is released from the top. It is not powerful enough to wash anything away, just enough to to stain the bowl. Truly awful!

Not so great

Bought this a year ago. Seat is an awful, flimsy thing, and flush lever just snapped off. Our last toilet was in the house for 47 years without a problem. Very flimsy handle. Flush is inadequate - have to clean toilet after nearly each use.

Terrible toilet seat

The toilet seat was a quiet close and slowly shut. It was so cheap and tilled forward just a bit. We took the seat off of our old toilet and put it on the new one. Now it is just fine. I would recommend it if you have a different seat.

Ever nine minutes it seem like it flushing but when it flushing it’s great

Must clean after each use

Bought two Champion 4's. Have installed one so far. Thing does not clean the bowl when flushed. So little water and down so fast nothing gets clean. Have a good toilet brush to clean after using then flush again. Then clean the brush with another flush. Zero water saved after 3-4 flushes per use.

Great until the innards break

I bought this last November. It won't stop running & the company has been difficult because I can't find my receipt (my husband died & I don't know where he put it). They can see when it was manufactured & supposedly are sending me parts. Not happy.

color matches bathroom sink and tub

I have had a few problems with the flushing system, it takes a few times to work. otherwise a nice toilet and looks great.

id buy another

i just wanted a toilet that worked well and conserved water...after 1 month of use and a some minor adjustments no problems..it says its right hight but it sits a little lower then the one i replaced and doesnt seem as elongted..but overall it looks good and does what designed to do

Yeah. Good Toilet. No issues whatsoever on the install. I did it myself. Flushes quickly and cleanly. is quiet on the refill and is well constructed and designed.

Best toilet out there

I have two Champion Pro toilets in my home and couldn't be happier. The over-sized flush valve is great at making sure it's a one-flush operation and the new 1.28 gpm water savings offered by the Champion has made a difference in my water bill.
