A Purchased this toilet in white because we needed a 10” rough in due to using wood Akupanels on the walls. I love love love the sleek design and easy clean sides. Plus, the shorter tank looks more modern. The 17.3” chair height is amazing! Would buy again!

Purchased 2 of these. Beautiful toilet, horrible toilet lid/seat design. This lid has been slipping and sliding from day one. Now the lids have broken completely and because of the unusual design will likely need to hire someone to figure out attaching new lids/seats.

Very modern looking toilet. Low flow works great both on 1/2 and full flush.

Although the seats loosen after a short time and adjustments have to be made to the flush buttons, overall the toilet is a well constructed.

Toilet

Heavy, well built, solid, but a little hard to install. The openings on the side of the toilet are small to get my big (man hands) into it to secure the nuts on the tie-down screws. I used a socket wrench after getting the nuts on the studs, (with some effort as you can't see - all feel only). But even then, the hole space only allowed one click at a time and you have to also hold the socket as you can't tighten the nut down by hand tight enough to use the socket wrench. So it takes time. Lining up the toilet up with the studs, as you can't see from above, you should use blue painters tape to mark the floor and side of the toilet to show were the studs/holes are in the toilet. So as you lift the toilet into place you just have to lineup the tape on the toilet and the floor. Otherwise you will spend a ton of time trying to get the studs into the holes inside the base that you can not see. And lifting it is not easy as its heavy and you really don't have a good place to grab it. HINT: use the wax ring included and a second one to make sure you get a tight fit. (Advised by a plumber to always use 2). Also, install (a longer %26 new) water line to the underneath of the tank first. Once the toilet is installed, you will not have much space to get at the water line connection behind and underneath the tank. Then the water line can be connected to your valve on the wall. SO much easier. I suggest sitting on the tank after you place it to give it a good seal. Make sure your toilet is in a good position from the wall and square. Then begin tightening the nuts down. Just enough so that the toilet doesn't move. Push and Pull %26 side to side on the toilet as you tighten the nuts. Tightening the nuts in small increments until the toilet doesn't move/rock. Any tighter and you may pop the porcelain. If that happens, you will know it (very loud). Then it's back to ordering a new toilet. I suggest not sealing the base to the floor with silicone for at least a day. Use the toilet and make sure you have no leaks from under the toilet. Then you can seal it the following day and know you've got a good seal on the wax rings. I am not a contractor, just a homeowner who likes to do everything around the house myself. So far everything has been good. The wife likes it and that's all that counts (The men can understand that). We got the taller toilet (both of us are older) and it uses less water than the old one (a TOTO @ 1.6 gals per flush) was 20 yrs old. It is also quiet and provides a good flush. Parts are also somewhat cheap. Found a set for about $50 if years later it begins to go. Who knows how much yrs from now, but at the moment, it's not bad. Also did some research on this company. Not bad, they do provide a good product around the world and is used in many countries. We have never heard of them before. So we will try them. This toilet was $269 where as the TOTO was $600 . We will see. Good Luck everyone.
