The toilet was just what I wanted. It looks sleak, love the color (Bisque), chair height, has a removable lid for easy cleaning, and skirt for easy cleaning too. Price was pretty good. Doesn't seem to have very much water to aid in flushing but works. Our previous toilet had a more powerful and loud flush.

I love the style of the Swiss Madison Classe 1-Piece Dual Flush toilet. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and satisfied. It meets my expectations, no issues with flush, works great. I don’t care for the plastic inserts on the sides as they don’t sit flat. Takes away from the look of the toilet. It did arrive with surface damage to the lower corner of the bottom of tank but fortunately it is the side close to the wall so decided to not return it.

Unit had internal porosity leak that required return to store. Wasted a day installing, reinstalling to verify wax seal was not the issue. In addition the access holes to install nuts to secure unit to floor are too small for a man’s hand. Bought a Kohler unit instead.

Worst toilet!

Impossible to keep clean! The square hole just doesn't clean! I'm never buying a Swiss Madison again.

Like the one piece design. The fill valve makes contact with the lid. I wish that part fit a little better. Chose this design because we thought it would be easier to clean and keep clean.

Tank Lid doesn’t have flush buttons

We got this toilet delivered, our plumber installed the toilet and when he unpacked the lid to place it on the tank we discovered that the lid doesn’t have the flush buttons! There is no way to flush this toilet unless you leave it without the lid and press the flush buttons directly in the tank. Not sure where to get the right lid

Bisque is the new almond….matches well…..easy clean commode…..I am happy with it

It looks nice, but the seat mounting hardware was iincomplete; the expansion nut for one bolt was missing. It gets better. The flush mechanism supplied is too large to fit into the slot provided on the porcelain top.

Just had this installed a few days ago. I like the appearance and the size. Compared to the 14 y.o. Toto Acquia IV we replaced, I like the larger square flush buttons better. The buttons are SO EASY to push compared to the Toto! Solid sounding flush at 1.1 and 1.6gpf, and the tank fills and shuts off quickly. Seat not solid like the Toto, so that's a negative. Per the attached photo, the rectangle on top is a little askew. Not a big deal, but a little annoying. Hey SM: can this be fixed?

Was shopping around for a fully skirted toilet that didn’t break the bank for our house renovation. So glad I saw these. I bought two. I’m about two weeks from finishing tile and hardwood floor and am very excited to see the finished look of my bathrooms
