Excellent toilet, flushes well. The first one came with a broken bowl, but they replaced it pretty quickly. The only inconvenience was that I had to return the broken parts myself.

Upgraded our toilets and these are very nice. Particularly wanted a low flush toilet as we are on a holding tank. Smooth lines, easy to clean and sharp looking. Just be aware that installing a dual system like this by a plumber can be costly.

When the toilet arrived, there were already fragments scattered around – it was broken. I cant understand what the seller was thinking. The toilet is heavy, but the outer packaging box was very thin, and there was no hard foam padding between the product and the box, just paper. Now, returning it will cost 80, and I have to take it to a FedEx drop-off myself – theres no option for a pick-up service, even though Im paying for it. It’s so difficult to handle, I had to roll it on the ground, and I could hear the broken pieces rattling inside. I strongly advise against buying from this seller. They clearly don’t care about the customer experience or whether their packaging ensures safe delivery. It’s a waste of effort, time, and money.

Love the look and function of this toilet.

This toilet is a big upgrade from our old model. We like that we save water with every flush and the skirt is easier to clean than without. With the skirt, installation takes more effort and something to take into account when hiring a contractor as this model requires 6 more screws and holes to complete. One of the two toilets I ordered came damaged and Wayfair customer service provided a replacement quickly.

product looks fine. we have not installed yet so hard to say how it will perform other than it is a name brand and should be okay.
