Doesn't work for me

I wanted to love this light. But alas, it is too short for my needs and not bright enough. Otherwise it is lovely and beautiful, elegant. But is not solving my lighting problem over my painting easel. However, Cricut's customer service was fantastic. The first light they sent me had some kind of circuitry issue and wasn't working properly. I called and the representative had me do a video showing her the problem, right there on the phone. She processed the issue right away and sent me a replacement light. The replacement works correctly but still was not bright enough for my needs.

I already had the table top and floor model. I it is the best crafting light I have ever owned and I’ve bought many expensive lights that don’t compare to the Cricut lamps.
