Love the completed look,

I really liked the completed look. It’s very versatile. I’m using it for books, display of pretty bottles ect. I am also using it as a tall tv stand (which is not recommended by the manufacturer). I’m a rebel. What I didn’t like was the daunting task of figuring out the locking screws. A family member put it together for me. This newer way of doing things makes me feel old. It’s finished now and my showpiece in my bedroom. It is exactly what I needed.

Great product, could use one small improvement

Sturdy bookshelf that blends in perfect next to our craftsman style fireplace. Assembly took about 1.5 hours, including squaring the case. One suggestion for improvement is providing hole covers similar to the cam covers. We set our shelves to the second peg hole and the unused holes above are visible unfortunately, which makes the piece look a little cheaper.

Only Sauder is able to make MDF look this nice

Bought 6 of these for the mini library, again Sauder makes product that looks good & for a reasonable price. I enjoy the attention to cosmetic detail, overall finish.

Port assembly, poor parts quality

To preface, I bought and assembled five of the five shelf version of this unit with no issues other than needing a couple of parts replaced due to scratches and a little bit of excess glue. Not a problem, happens with this type of flat pack furniture.

A Bookcase for the Times!

I really like the look of this book shelf. It went together without any issues. What is nice is that all pre-drilled holes matched, they provided a small nail holder which really saves your fingers. The cam locks went together much more easily than anything I used previously. Sauder even thought about taping the back panel which makes the finished product look very professional. Yes, this is an absolute "marvel" and a product which makes purchasing other items from Sauder a proven decision. You can't go wrong!! Note: They even put a small funny note in the instructions about "you're almost done so take a nap". Very Good Sauder!!!

Exactly what I needed

I bought these to replace 2 taller Sauder bookcases that I've had for 25 years and are now at my daughter's house. The quality is amazing. These are the only bookcases I found with a good depth to accommodate larger photo albums. The shelves are very sturdy and putting them together was easy.

Falling apart

It was not been put together for a full 2 hours and this bookshelf I'd already falling apart. Thankful I bought the warranty because clearly I'm gonna have to use it! Disappointed!!!

Great bookshelf!

I have two other matching bookshelf units just like this in the 2-shelf version. Great quality and the finished piece looks significantly more expensive than its modest price! As an avid reader I'm forever needing to expand my storage space for my growing literary collection!

Nice Bookcase!

Bookcase in my office books I've read or am going to read. Very nice book case for the price.I wish in your sale literature you would show a picture of all of your available colors. My new bookcase doesn't match the existing one - but close enough.

Well-Made Bookcase

Great for displaying both books and collectibles. Sturdy and easily assembled.

Instructions were pretty self explanatory. It looks good once assembled.
