Overall sturdy and well designed product.

The rods are very sturdy and the hanging hardware is well designed. Overall, very satisfied. The screwheads are a little soft, meaning it's easy to strip them when screwing them in.

The product took a long time to get, my issue is with the app. When I first made the order I was able to track the purchase. After the first day it didn’t work. Everytime I looked at the progress it said no info found or oops something went wrong. I had to call to get an update or go through the chat. And even the links I was being sent to track didn’t work. Something is wrong with the app that’s needs fixed.

It was ALOT smaller then what it look like I got it for my sons closet and it didn’t fit at all

Nothing wrong with this rod. Works exactly as desired. I used it in my washer/dryer area, for a way to organize my many spray bottles, giving more a lot more shelf area. I needed to grind off the support ears on top, to make it work, as I needed to mount it on a flat wall, but no problem with that. If you can use those support ears, it would help to support more weight.

Easy to Install!

I bought this closet rod to replace a broken closet rod in my house. It was easy to install, looks nice and is holding up great! The adjustability was so convenient as then I did not have to try and find the exact size replacement.

It's okay. Too much weight and it will bend. I kind of knew this in advance. Although it has a center bracket that you would screw into a shelf for additional support, I still purchased separate proper strong supports (x2) that you screw into the wall and shelf. It holds the weight of stuff on the shelf and clothes on the rod so that the bar and shelf don't bend or warp.
