Good product. Fair price

Bought 7 Moen faucets to replace older ones throughout my house. Bought two of these and the coating started coming off after about a year or two. Now seeing others have had this issue. Unfortunately I didn't think about looking into a warranty until it was too late. I do not have the receipt and Lowe's only keeps receipts for 4 years. Now Moen is telling me I have to pay $25 + shipping and handling for each replacement. I wrote Moen to tell this this will not be happening. Never heard from them. I will not be given Moen and more business, including the next house I plan on moving into within the next year.

nice faucet tap

Very good tap. Feels nice, solid and tight. Swivels just right. Looks great. Only negative was that the pull up drain linkage was a bolt which is difficult to tighten with a wrench while laying on your back with little wiggle room. So I used the old one from the tap I was replacing (also a moen} which was a thumb screw. C’mon Moen, you can do better. Little things make a difference. Once finished, the tap is great.

Moen product with low profile so that it does not splash with shallower sink. All the things I wanted with better price too.

Deterioration in chrome model. Otherwise, great

I have 3 of these models in chrome installed in my bathrooms and the chrome and metal underneath have deteriorated so much under 10 years of use. Dark bits always come off and and gets washed out every time it is cleaned . Will Moen stand by it's lifetime warranty?

Looks great. Easy to install. Works as expected.

This faucet replaced one of the same style and manufacturer that was 20 years old and had started to deteriorate where it was connected under the sink top. Since the bath was getting a facelift I purchased a new one. It looks the same as the old one except instead of a chrome finish this one is brushed nickel. So far so good. It has only been installed for a month. It works fine and I hope it lasts another 20 years.

We bought it as a replacement for an identical one that is starting to look "old". It will likely get installed within the next few months.

Bathroom faucet

Faucet performs as described. Was very easy to install. Have always found Moen to produce a good quality product. I like the fact that it has the external screen filter at the end of the spout, you don't need any special tool to unscrew as you do with the anti-tamper screen filters which are hidden inside the spout and you need that little coin shaped key to unscrew and clean the filter. Overall, this looks and feels like a solid well build faucet.

It was better looking in person than online. Very nice. Very easy to install.

I love this faucet. I installed this in four bathrooms, in two different houses. It looks great, and I like the one handle control. It mistakenly bought a Delta for my downstairs bath, and the thing was so cheap I ended up twisting the thin copper supply line. I just threw it out and ordered this one, the one I should've gotten to begin with.
