It faucet was better than I expected. We needed two and they just so happened had two in stock. I was surprised when it said they would deliver it to my house. Luckily by plumber was still here when HD delivered it. Works great.
Very disappointed. After less than 20 days, ball handle wobbled and moved too freely in all directions. Ergonomically it felt like it was 20 years old! Our plumber checked it to adjust it; no adjustments possible. We will live with it for a while, but I have little confidence it will least more than 6 months. Come replacement time, I will definitely not be shopping Home Depot or Delta products. Our last Delta lasted nearly 20 years; this one poorly manufactured!

Good faucet for the cost. If you are looking for a nice economical faucet this will fill the part. The only thing I don't like is the aerator needs a special tool, which is supplied, to remove. The tool can clip to the supply lines for easy storage but I am sure it will eventually get lost.
Delta faucets are dependable
To update my 1/2 bath, I bought this faucet. The faucet was easy to install for my contractor. I have bought only Delta faucets for the kitchen and bath. I’ve used the same Delta bathroom & kitchen faucets for the last 19 years without any issues. Thank you Delta for dependable products.

I usually go with moen. But I went with Delta again since it includes it's own integrated hoses, meaning my total cost is less and don't have scout for best hose quality.
Impossible to repair
This faucet had problem from day 1. Lever had to be lowered from the far-right cold water side to completely shut down. A string of water remained if the lever was lowered from any other direction including lowering from the far-left hot side. Busy in new house, we just kept using it for a while and ended up training ourselves to stop the water by moving the lever to the right first, then down. After 10 years, it started to drip water no matter how we moved the lever. Having fixed similar drips many times before, I tried to repair it again and unscrewed the casing only to find non-standard parts everywhere. I couldn't even put back the brass casing without leak. It was just time to say good-bye. I was never happy about this faucet for the last 10 years.
Flimsy Stopper Mechanism
The plastic "strap" connecting the lift rod to the stopper is flimsy, thus has to be aligned perfectly to keep from bending and becoming useless. Had to leave faucet gaskets and drain flange loose to find an alignment that worked for this cheap piece. Pivot nut can't be too tight because the strap is too weak to open the stopper. Stopper also pops out of the "non-removable" position, which I prefer to get a tight seal when the stopper is closed. As an engineer, I can appreciate minimizing costs. But don't go overboard to the point of creating something that doesn't work properly. Anyway, may return this product. On the other hand, don't want to waste another 2-3 hours of my time on this project.
Water leaking throwing it all over the place, unable to remove spout
Hello,
Nice unit, easy install but noisy.
Bought this unit a year ago, installed myself, and all went well. Turned on and couldn't believe how noisy it was. Called Delta and was told I should try flushing the supply lines. Did as they said... still noisy. Called again and they sent me a new cartridge. Just got around to changing that and ... still noisy. Was hoping for a redesigned cartridge, but looks and acts the same. Next stop...Moen.

We ordered this faucet through Home Depot including using one of their contract plumbers to install. That's because we needed water shutoffs also installed under the sink plus a new sink (old one was cracked). Plumber did a reasonable install of everything - not perfect, but good. The main issue we have is that when running the water, whether hot or cold, it is noticeably louder than our old faucet. Can't figure out why that is. But we do like the looks of the faucet.
