Great faucet purchased for my sail boat

Can't remove aerator as instructed.

Tjhe instructions tell me to remove the aerator before installing the faucet so that it can be flushed prior to use. I can't remove the aerator! It's too tight.

Supply lines too short!

My shutoff valves are located in a standard location but the supplied lines won't reach. I need 17 inches and the included lines are only 15 1/2 inches. How cheap can Delta get? !!! Also, since one end of each supply line has a unique end, I couldn't buy one at Lowes. The faucet isn't much good if I can't hook it up!

This faucet looks great over a tiny sink. The design makes it versatile for any size basin. I like the Delta brand due to the great quality for a reasonable price.

Perfect for our situation with a lower medicine cabinet clearance. Was short enough but looks great!

Two of the three I installed went very well. For the third I had to buy an extension because one of the connectors was about an inch short. Builders fault, lots of inconsistent build quality in our 40 year old house, but an extra inch or two of length on the faucet would have saved me two trips back to the store.

Delta skimped on an expensive faucet.

This faucet was installed on a bathroom vanity. It was not cheap at $130. Though it was easy to install as is usual with Delta, it became clear very fast the permanently attached risers were too short to reach the angle stops. There was nothing unusual about this installation. All standard height and distances. Just to be clear, I have been doing this kind of work my whole life. I have installed hundreds of faucets. I can't believe that Delta manufactured a faucet in this price range and cheaped out on 6 ¢ worth of pex tubing. Their bean counters caused me an additional trip to the plumbing supply, an additional trip to the job site and and additional $30. All so Delta could save 6¢. Oh and for those who say you just should have returned the faucet, guess what. When you order anything at Lowes on line, you are faced with a 20% restocking charge. So a return would have cost nearly as much as the riser extensions and I would have had no faucet.
