I used the same one, but the water pressure is weak, so I changed it to a new one, now the water comes out well. Luxurious and strong I am very satisfied

Love he waterfall in the bathroom however it does spot easily and requires frequent wipe downs

Very elegant and beautiful finish as matter black. Easy to install. Unfortunately does not include a drain kit, and the hoses are a bit short, could be longer. We enjoy it. Would buy again.

We bought two of these for our master bath and then added another in our guest bath. It has a little height so you can easily get hands or a bottle under it. The waterfall flow is interesting and pours the water to the center of the sink. The finish is lovely. I didn’t think I would like the brand right in front, but that touch of gold is elegant.

Will be installing it hopefully this weekend with the new vanity and drain set up. It looks pretty impressive just the quality of the packaging to protect the finishes and what they give you in there and the instructions are pretty much very self-explanatory. Very goodbye.

Use a ceramic coating before 1st use is a must!

Look into a ceramic coating product before using, I wish I would have purchased a wax or ceramic coating product to pre-treat the waterfall spout area before using with hard water as the finish is impacted. Happy with the rest of it though!

I choose gold. It was very modern, heavy and sleek. Perfect showcase piece in a small bathroom. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable

You know..I have learned my lesson as to not ever order brushed nickel again for a faucet. These are nice but dont order the brushed nickel. We have hard water and boy does it show. Cant remove the hard water on these so I will be replacing these soon with a different style in chrome.

Worst customer service

This was a beautiful faucet, I had it in for 4 months, it started seeping from above the supply lines in the faucet itself, beware, VIGO direct is the ONLY place you can buy the replacement ceramic cartridge for this, it looks exactly like a certain Kohler single lever and we dropped a Kohler single lever in to see if seeping would stop to no avail. Called Vigo for warranty service and I got the run around and Vigo wouldn’t honor warranty. I don’t have a problem with Lowes, I do however have a problem with Vigo. Buy a Kohler or Delta, something you can get warranty service and cartridges for at any plumbing house, not a company that gives you the run around like Vigo.
