Poorly designed

I use this item only for smoothies. It has flaws in the design that will not allow it to vent properly. As a result, it overheats quickly. It smells like it is burning in side by the motor. It shuts off before the 2-minute mark.

Definitely gets the job done right

Powerful and multifunctional blender very useful kitchen appliance

It is a very good blender and has a lot of power when blending.

Only one real caveat

The blender is very powerful and will serve extremely well for my use, which is largely related to blending sauces (like fresh pepper sauce) and obliterating or integrating pulp before straining and canning. I would note that I tested it out with ice and it... whew. It blew through it and made the finest slush I have ever made at home.

Exactly what I wanted!

So far it’s been great. Easy to clean easy to use and I love all the settings. I use it for fruit smoothies mostly, so I am very happy with it!!

Not Happy and Very Disappointed!

After reading many of the reviews I had high hopes for this blender, but after trying it one time to make a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie using ripe Bananas, frozen Strawberries and ice, I am not at all impressed. It did crush the ice, but the Strawberries were all still intact. I tried blending the ingredients two more times on the smoothie cycle thinking some of the Strawberries would get pulverized but they didn't. Extremely disappointed in this item and will return it to the store.
