Beautiful! I am a designer and put them in a show house and just ordered two for my own house!

This sofa is absolutely beautiful, well made and the leather soft as described. The sofa has a nice deep seat and is very comfortable to sit or lay on. We have it in our wood burning stove room with a soft throw across the arm.

First of all, the couch material is NOT the same as the photo - I'm unable to upload a picture of what I received; however, the material on the photo looks better quality and more plush. The couch is VERY stiff - the back is shorter than expected (my error for not checking the dimensions), but you couldn't put a couch table behind it due to the height not being standard. The color is WAY off....I'd call it a grey and nowhere near a "birch" like one would think or what is pictured. Sadly, this will be my LAST Magnolia purchase. I'm so beyond disappointed after spending 2K to get it here, and it literally took more than two months. Yes, TWO and a half MONTHS to get here. I ordered it on 11/27 and received it on 2/8. Save your money; this couch is not worth the Magnolia name it is advertised as being.

This is a beautiful sofa. Very well made. It just didn't fit my real life, e.g. my husband wasn't comfortable with it.

Sofa began to deteriorate within the week of arriving. Almost like it had rotted. With only light use, the leather peeled away. Wayfair after seeing the pictures, processed a refund.

Classy Maxxy Leather Sofa

We purchased 2 Maxx Leather Sofas and love them. One was not a perfect as we’d like and are now waiting for another one. We really like the style and durability of them and hope to have them in our home for a long time.

This sofa is awesome. It is very long and looks amazing in my husbands conference room at work. It is very masculine and makes a statement. It is also very comfortable and super good quality. The leather looks very worn and rustic. I love how it looks.

Better than I expected! It’s the perfect size for the space and the color was warmer than I expected, but that was perfect for me, as I need warmth in my space. I love this couch so much I wish I would have gotten this before I purchased my second couch.

Poor Construction and Quality!!

If I could give this a zero I would. This whole experience has been a nightmare. My wife and I ordered the Arlo Sofa off the magnolia home site for our formal living room in the middle of January 2022 because the site said it was in stock and we really like how it looked. My wife has ordered smaller pieces from this organization and was pleased with them. So we took the risk and bought this sofa which cost around $2500 after shipping. Our credit card was charged instantly as the order was placed. Shipping took much longer than expected with numerous phone calls to the freight company to try to figure out where our couch was as no tracking number was provided. We finally received our sofa March 1st and were excited at how well it looked in the room. We bought other pieces to go with it to further finish our room. That our family of 4 could enjoy. To our dismay when we went to sit on our sofa a few days ago we noted that one of the tufted buttons had popped off and almost a 2 inch whole was starting to form where the button used to be. We looked into the hole and there was that button inside the whole of the couch unable to be reached. So it’s been 14 days since we received the sofa that we literally maybe sat on 4 times! To now have a defective piece of furniture from Magnolia Home sitting on our living room that is falling apart that we’re afraid to touch. I reached out to customer service and was told to submit a picture and they would let me know what recourse they would have I specifically requested to have the sofa returned due to poor quality and craftsmanship but was told that the return policy was no return on furniture for “preference based returns”. What does that mean? I hope for a Christian based organization Magnolia Home will stand behind there product and make this right. This was a big purchase for us and now to be out of $2500 and no sofa?! We’re a middle class family and we don’t take purchases like this lightly.

I have no idea how to review this because i have yet to receive it. I ordered from this company because it had a 2 week ship date (early December) . This has turned into 2 months. It wasn’t delivered on second ship date i was given- the tracking number can’t be found- they were to email me after talking to the trucking company but i have yet to hear back. I hope i love it , i hope i get it soon, i hope it’s not delivered to sit out in the rain we are expecting - i have no idea how to plan for the delivery

Kinda BS Return Policy

Tons of reviews online that this is a bogus site. The return policy on this site is deliberately meant to mislead. There is NO easy "return policy" for the majority of their furniture! It's a flat out lie. You also have to pay shipping BOTH ways. I wouldn't use this site if they gave me the cheaply made furniture for free.
