Love this Rachel Ray set of dishes. I got them after a kitchen renovation and wanted some new dishes for my new kitchen. The bowls are smaller than I’m used to and the dinner plates are not as big as I’ve had in the past. But I like that because it makes for portion sizes that I should be eating. The bowls are a good size for serving ice cream. But I’d get a different bowl if eating soup or cereal. I originally ordered 2 sets, 8 dish settings. There were broken dishes in both sets shipped to me. Wayfair sent another 2 sets of dishes free of charge and all those dishes arrived perfectly intact, not one broken dish. So I advise to check your dishes before you give them if giving them as a gift!

Very pretty. I haven’t used them yet so hopefully they will not chip or break easily.

Rachel Ray customer service is the best! They insured - despite carrier errors - that I got my dinnerware as advertised. I love that these plates are all slightly different and a bit smaller and lighter than my previous stoneware dishes.

The entire set of dishes arrived with chips or defects. I just can’t understand why, if you sell online, can’t you organize normal packaging for your products

Sea salt gray was the perfect color for a beach condo. Would recommend. Purchased service for 8.

Box was crushed in shipment, one mug came broken, should have been packed better or handled better.

Pretty dishes wanted a gray set, bought three. There is some unevenness in the color and glaze on a few of the pieces.

Broken and 0 Customer Service

My mugs showed up broken from this set. Customer service doesn't exist for this company. The website for customer service was broken with zero ways to reach out to anyone. Found a website to send an email and it's been a month and I've heard nothing. Will NOT be buying from this site again. The dept stores can have my money. This was ridiculous.

Not worth it.

Most of the set was broken from poor handling. Why would you ship the item in a box with no added protection? Purchase in-store or be prepared to return it.

I just love the Rachael Ray dinnerware. It's very durable and festive and has held up well. A few of the bowls chipped at the edge but that was totally my fault for handling them too rough. Great purchase - can't go wrong with this.

Broken plates

Orders this set and it came with two broken plates. Sumbit a ticket for replacements and have followed multiple times. No one will get back to me. It has been 3 months.
