Worst product ever

Terrible, terrible product. If I could give it zero stars I would. The installation instructions were absolute garbage and we had to keep referencing online videos to get it right. The product we were sold is of terrible quality with plastic parts breaking the 1st time we extended it. The aluminum tube located at the end of each of the preassembled arms, split the 1st time we used it. The right arm was never able to fully close because the hinge mechanism would get caught up on the bolts that held it to the crossbar. This was not an installation issue but rather a design flaw or production defect. Run far, far away from this company and this product. Overstock should not be selling defective merchandise.

This is the biggest ******** I have ever encountered. For one the instructions are not real clear and the instructions talk as if each piece is labeled with a letter and/or number and there are no such markings on any of the material. Second there was not one thing that was not bent and out of shape, right out of package!!. Third the arms do not slide down the grove to open right, so when the awning is pulled in it allows the arms to swing in and out freely! I am going to request my money back or another one sent so maybe with two complete shade setups here I can actually make one work. Very poor design, poor quality and not worth the money or time trying to put this thing up because you will be very disappointed.
