Need to package hardware better so screws and nuts don't get lost when box busts open during shipping. This is the second pen I bought that I had to go buy hardware for at local store so I could finish putting together.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use it. It came with missing hardware.. until the hardware arrives I can’t put it together.

Kennel does not hold up well. Dogs can easily get out and push kennel around would not purchase again waste of money. Connecters barley tighten very easy bend and cannot replace and tighten enough.

Very dissatisfied

All the hardware was loose in the box as I could hear it rolling around in the box. The box was damage and someone retaped it. Once I opened box I could see the brackets, bolts and nuts sqewed all over. I could tell MOST of the bolts/nuts to hold brackets together were missing. So I can't even put it together until I take bolts & nuts in a Home Depot etc., to find the right size.

I absolutely love this kennel! It is perfect for my whelping box and my mom to be!!! Makes a great portable nursery for my upcoming litter of puppies!

Good product

Nice and sturdy and easy to set up. I got this to add on to my other panels. Works great for my 90 pound dog and it looks nice. I might even get more panels.

Good for Medium Size Dog and Smaller

The kennel is a good size for a medium size dog (pitbull terrier). I use it outdoors as a bathroom area for my dog. Its light for both my husband and I to move where as needed. To add some shade I just grow light but dense vine plants on them during the summer. It is durable for my dogs needs (on destructive). But if you have a digger/climber/destructive dog I suggest a different kennel.

LOVE this!

I bought two sets of these kennels and put them together to make a small play yard for my little dogs. They went up easily and are very sturdy and the best part is that if I decide to move it to another location it is easily accomplished. Such a great alternative to a permanent fence.

The dog kennel is great. However, the shipping was horrible....

The dog kennel is great. However, the shipping was horrible. The package was delivered during a rain storm. Instead of putting it another 3 feet on a covered porch UPS dropped it on the sidewalk. The carton disintegrated around the kennel.

Poorly packaged, not as described

The thing I like about this kennel: it is taller than the previous one I ordered by 3", both were advertised to be the same height. The connection pieces are better designed than the previous one. The disappointments: It was advertised as being powder coated, it is NOT. It has a very thin layer of gloss black paint and due to poor packaging it came scuffed, scratched and scraped - there is no doubt that it will begin rusting sooner rather than later and will require proper painting with powder coating. For $*** I expected more quality for a tiny 5'x5' pen - the profit margin is obviously HUGE. There are many places where the spot welding was "missed" on the wire. The gate latch is spot welded on rather than being a customer mount like the previous one I ordered, giving only one option for use. The gate latch is attached at a lower level than is desired - a 3 year old can reach it. It is also poorly designed and sloppy and despite being a "dog latch" which in theory makes it nearly impossible for a dog to accidently open, it's sloppiness requires that you use a hook on it because any breeze can open it. The packaging - the item panels themselves were zip tied together with already popped 3" square pieces of bubble wrap to "protect it" - that was a joke. The few places they used this were gouged and scratched. The box it was stuffed in had NO packaging or padding, was completely missing one end, every security strap on on broken and taped back together with household scotch tape. The cardboard box was as sturdy as the box Kleenex comes in. As well as the other issues, it had holes, rips and tears. I was able to get it loose from it's "packaging" in less than 1 minute without the use of scissors or any other object - just finished ripping it apart with my bear hands since there wasn't much left of it when it arrived. Learning how to properly package a 60# item would be a good idea IMO. Honestly if I wasn't in need of these panels now due to losing my fence in a hurricane - I'd have sent it back. It is NOT worth the money they are commanding for it.
