Outdoor Sauna

Sauna is beautiful, works great. Instructions for install could have been better but if you have any building sense you will be just fine. Average customer service rating because the sauna and heater were sold together but packaged/shipped separately which was not clear, so when we picked it up from Home Depot they forgot the heater and we had to pick it up a week later. They responded promptly and corrected the mistake quickly. Overall would recommend.

Comprehensive sauna kit

Sauna was well packed and nothing was missing. The assembly took about 2 days, and you need some experience in building work to be able to figure out how to put it together. The parts were all great quality and you need an electrician to connect the stove. The wall mounted stove also needs some 2x4 supporting wood, that was not in the package. It is a max 2 person sauna, not 3-4. A great little sauna.

Amazing little sauna

So far this sauna has been such a blessing. It's incredibly easy to put together once you get started, and it does in fact come with the shingles. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a budget sauna that won't break the bank and still be perfect for after working out a thought day or literally anything else. 10/10 from me and my wife:)

Defiantly 5 starts would recommend to anyone its for 2 people but I knew it going it to this purchase from size chart

From pick up at the facility to installing to working all together, it was a great process. Excellent quality overall.

Assembly was straight forward. Look up YouTube videos for reference. Shingles were not missing like others mentioned.

Missing parts / broken parts / lost heater finally showed up. They sent replacement parts but they were the wrong ones.. still waiting for a reply for the missing and broken parts email.

Enjoying my sauna, Did arrive in a wooden crate and required assembly, but nothing a person with common sense could not put together. I do like that I came with the Harvia heater which are from Finland and are considered top of the line.

Sauna came as drop shipment in a box. Sauna is good quality and was easy to assemble. Instructions were not the best but once you start the assembly things will start to make sense. Will note that in no world is this a five person sauna. Lucky to fit two adults inside when assembled. The inside dimensions are less than 4 feet when you take into account the heater and protective shielding installed. This was a little disappointing as the description provided in the Home Depot website was not very clear as it relates to the try interior dimensions of the sauna.

It was the best purchase this season for me and my family. Easy enough to assemble. Can recommend it

A bit complex to assemble and YES TO ELECTRICIAN

The beauty and quality of the sauna are top notch. The directions were not good. They were an astronomical amount of extra screws and we were short on screws that we needed. All in all, the quality is nice. It heats up fast, it says a half an hour but definitely less than that. I like that there is a setting that you can preheat it on a timer. And when it says electrician recommended, they mean mandatory. It cost us an extra $1000 to have this thing hooked up to power.
