Lightning struck at our neighbors burned the motherboard. Ordered and installed new one, gate is once again working!

Good replacement part

This is a good replacement part for a gate opener that is no longer in production. Works as it is supposed to. The only problems I've found so far--- you have to program each remote individually. With the old board, the new remotes I previously ordered in bulk would work out of the box to open/close the gate. Also, the reception range is shorter with the new board. I have to be much closer to the opener for any of the remotes to work.

First time I work with aleko products. It was a little confusing but was able to download the manual on my phone to program the system.

Tech Support

Getting through to the tech was difficult. I'll blame that on the corona virus. That being said, James, the tech, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the problem at length and he sent out the correct parts which fixed my problem. I've had this unit for over 18 yesrs and this is the first serious problem.

great product in general

I bought two New units off Ebay, one is for parts only and as i use the parts i replace them to have all parts on hand when needed. mostly circuit boards go out and get replaced and now a magnetic module. I would rate higher if your staff was better. the girl who put me on hold for 10+ minutes then hung up left me wishing i had bought off Ebay for the same price and used paypal for an instant buy. probably will buy there 1st next time

just had to remove cover and unscrewed the damaged board. everything works perfectly

The product was well packaged, and there was not damaged in shipment. The Control Board was easy to install. All of our remote controls were re-coded to the new board. Before doing any trouble shooting, the gate was opening on it's own. When we opened the box, discovered there was a damaged wire in the control board. Upon replacement with the new Circuit Control Board, the gate opener works perfectly.

found a wire broke. replaced control board, works great. thanks John

I love it great price copared to well know brands out there no complains the only one is that they need more detailed instructions other than that prety simple to operate i would definitely recommend it if u do not have a big budget to spend and have some time to spend on istallation i would recommend read read read and understand well the instructions before even start installation.
