these awnings are much much better then I was expecting I almost bought pulleys rope and tie offs glad I waited as these were all include so as far as the awnings are concerned great.what I did not like was you give a phone number to call but its always busy and you leave a number to call back but now one returns a call and I waited three days but no call back and I triad at least eight times.
