DELICIOUS in Salad Dressings!!!
I have tried a few organic single estate first-cold press extra virgin olive oils and the Aleta brand is a winner. It is not too peppery or green. It has a lovely balanced aroma and flavor that is perfect for making salad dressings of all kinds or to use straight from the can to top fresh mozzarella. The oil also arrived very well packaged so the can was in perfect condition and looks beautiful. The top is very easy to open with pull tabs, which I appreciate. The screw cap keeps air out so the oil stays fresh inside the can. I will continue to purchase this delicious Aleta olive oil. Decent price for a top-quality organic single estate EVOO. Super happy with this purchase from Walmart!!
