Not Navy, green undertone is dark aqua!

NOT navy! Turquoise or aqua, definitely a green undertone in the carpet. Great quality carpet, but it does not go with navy or classic cobalt blue, see my pillows for comparison. It is mislabeled navy. I would recommend if someone want an aqua carpet.

Great rug

Ordered the runner. It is a thick, substantial rug and the colors are just as pictured. It needs a few days and a bit of encouragement to lie flat, but it looks great.

Background color is more tan than ivory

This rug, while beautiful, just didn't look the same in person as it did online. The wallpaper in our dining room is mostly ivory with a thin blue pattern on it. Unfortunately, the background of the Alexander Home Sahara Mist Bohemian rug is more tan than ivory, so it just looked kind of tired in that room. Also, the rug was lumpy, which I had read about in another review, so ultimately it just wasn't the right rug for s.

This rug is a little thicker than I expected so it doesn't look exactly like I thought it would. I expected more of a Persian look and it's actually a little more arts and crafts/Aztec than the picture. The fringe is very thick and braided, which I don't love, but the way it's constructed I can cut it off without damaging anything and I plan to do that. After 2 weeks it still hasn't relaxed enough to make the ridges from shipping go away; I'm planning to use my steam mop on it to see if I can get it to lie flat. I'm going to keep it, but I have liked other rugs I've purchased from Overstock better.
