Tech support was great. One of the pieces didn’t fit and he shipped a replacement right away. The quality of the cam locks is poor. Some of them crumble when you try to tighten them lightly. I had to order several more just to finish the assembly. The overall construction of this piece is loose and not ideal if you plan to move it around. It looks nice but next time I would spend more and hope to get better quality. One more thing. Many of the listings state this is made of wood and veneer and are ambiguous. It has some wood but overall it’s particle board so I feel like I slightly over paid for this. It looks great I just hope it lasts and doesn’t swell up like particle board if I spill wine on it.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. I am able to store all of my liquor bottles away so they are not sitting on top. LOTS of pieces to assemble but it was so easy to put together. All the pieces were clearly numbered with match it's match. I am so happy I decided to go with the Alexandria piece.
