I received this rug and it’s very blue in person , nothing like the photos show. It also is labeled “blue” on the back of the rug and the shipping label. They should not call this light grey. Very misleading.

I received the item in just three days, but I was really disappointed—it wasn’t even the right product. When I reached out, they said they’d send the correct item as soon as possible, but I never got the promised confirmation email within 24 hours. So, I had no choice but to cancel the order. Now, I have to take time out of my day to go to FedEx and return it myself, which is really frustrating.
