Very poor design. Had to install upside down as it rubs on the bottom when installed right side up. Plumber not happy with this install either

Great valve! I had to match it with my Moen shower fixtures and it functions as it should. The black is also a nice look and so far it hasn't worn.

Drips - wouldn't recommend

I had my bathroom fully renovated, and the plumber installed this today. I wish had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I'm having the same issue - water continues to drip after shutting off the valve. According to the plumber it's a poor quality cartridge. Not what I expected from Moen.

Wouldn't recommend

The valve was defective from the start. The center sleeve was bad and needed to order a new one. And even now I don't seem to have the same water pressure I had before replacement.

The product itself is good.

The product itself is good. When I placed mynorder, it said it would ship within 2 days. It didn't ship for 8 days and took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

nice valve trip but slight drip

I love the valve; however, it has a drip that needs to be corrected. I would not have expected that from a Moen product.
