Beautiful, fast cooking and easy to clean

My All-Clad Pot is a joy in which to make soups and stews in large quantities. It conducts heat evenly and fast and there is plenty of room for stirring large amounts of food. I am delighted with it.

Stock evaporates because lid is too light. Regrets

The lid is not heavy enough when stock is boiling. I'm disappointed because I own a pan from All clad and I love that one. I used this pot and I'm so disappointed. Half the water evaporated from my stock and I had to weigh it down for it to work.

Great addition to the cookware tool kit

This is the workhorse stockpot I use for so many things. Clean and simple and fits a large chicken to make the best soup

Great stockpot!!

The All-Clad Stockpot is as expected. I needed a larger stockpot so the 8 - quart is a perfect size. The All-Clad products I have are of excellent quality and perform well. They are also very easy to clean.

It is a great quality pot that retains heat very well. The only down side of this product is that the handles and lid get hot and you need oven mitts to pick up the pot when cooking. This pot will definitely last you a lifetime, although it is more on the expensive side.

Does NOT work with induction

We have several other D3 pots and pans that we love, but the first time we've tried using the 12 qt it did not even get warm. We did the magnet test after, and while it will stick to the sides it absolutely will not sick to the bottom. Now we have a very expensive stock pot that we cannot use

All Clad does not disappoint

This 8 quart stockpot is the perfect size for making soup and cooking larger batches of pasta or potatoes. As always it is beautiful and naturally non stick. Cleans up every time to a gleaming shiny new! Love it!

Best cookware I have ever used!

All-Clad is one of the best cookware I have ever used, it is well made, lasts forever, and cooks my food very evenly. This stainless steel stockpot is perfect for cooking my pasta, soups, and anything else I cook. It cooks very evenly and I rarely burn anything. The pot cleans up so easy and this cookware lasts forever.

I ordered it for my husband who loves to cook (well I don’t!! So he likely has no options 🙂) It does exactly what it’s supposed to. Met my his VERY high expectations of cookware. He really likes it. We’ve never bought anything but All Clad so there is no other benchmark in this household. Having said this, he needed this size and he got it.

Excellent Quality Pot!

I was looking to complete a Tools of the Trade set that I already have. What I really needed was 1 10 qt. stock pot but found none available. So I purchased the 12 qt. and love it! It is the same great quality as the rest of my set. It cooks evenly and cleans up very nicely! The finish inside is what matters to me. If it is not smooth enough, food & stains can get caught in the grooves. That doesn't happen with this pot! It is a reliable workhorse which I expect I will have for many, many years.

Great addition!

This stockpot is an excellent addition to our All-Clad d3 stainless steel set. We use this weekly for soups, pasta, steaming veggies and reheating leftovers. It's durable, beautiful and easy to clean.

Great 12-Qt Stockpot

I bought this size pot to make Bone Broth. I have another 12-Qt by another leading brand that under performs by comparison. The disparity in costs between the All Clad pot and my other, however is notable. From a performance standpoint, the All Clad Stockpot appears to evenly distribute the heat, therefore there is slower reduction of the stock, resulting in a richer flavor of the both. I am also very happy with the look and feel of the pot.

My husband and I went to look for a dutch oven at Macy's City Creek Ctr in Salt Lake City a week ago, and after looking at several brands, decided on the All-Clad Stainless Steel 8 Qt. covered Stockpot. When you're looking for quality--and that's rare to come by nowadays what with all the junk that's being sold everywhere--you can't go wrong with All-Clad cookware. And it pays to shop in person rather than ordering something unseen, which I had done in the past and ended up returning many items because they were not what they were pictured in the online sites. Our shopping experience at Macy's was different-- we were able to judge the quality of the merchandise based on what the store had in stock, and then they ordered the item for us and then shipped it directly to our home. We received the All-Clad stockpot today, and couldn't be more satisfied in terms of the quality of the product and the personalized service given. We would like to thank Mary Ann at Macy's City Creek Ctr for being so nice and for giving us all the opportunity to acquire a quality cookware at the best price ever by giving us all the discounts we didn't even think about. We also bought a couple of other items at a discount. Because of the quality service and the quality of the merchandise, we will definitely go back to shop at Macy's City Creek Ctr again.

Love this new addition to my collection

I have a very small apartment kitchen with very little storage space. I have all the pans I could ever need, but was lacking in the pot area due to storage issues. I have my 9qt LC cast iron oven, a 4qt AC and a 2qt AC. A 4qt doesn't really work to boil a whole box of pasta. This pot is a perfect in between size, and of course the quality is unmatched. I have had it just a few days and used it several times. I needed to par boil some potatoes and it worked perfectly, no surprise there. Even cooking, no scorched spots, and super easy to clean. It is very durable, and you can feel the quality just by picking it up. I love that it's wider and shorter, instead of slimmer and taller. For now it just sits on my stove-top, until I find a home for it. If I ever need a large stock pot for stocks or lobster, I just borrow my mother in laws...she lives down the hall...
