[Rewarded Review] Packaged like a luxury item—3.5 Stars—
This item comes packaged in a very appealing way, everything is easy to locate. Unfortunately, the instructions (see photo, ignore coffee cup stain) are almost completely useless except as a item checklist. A lot of the wording and content (and there's very little content) is odd or even pointless, like it's a bad translation/not originally written in English.
[Rewarded Review] Quality where it counts
When opening the box to do inventory, i looked at the quality of the parts. This is the first time i heard of this company but they have quality parts where it counts. Brass valve body with the shutoff screws, and a gasket covering the backplate and the shower knob. The shower arm and head geel solid and it comes with everything but the tools. Now the removable shower head does feel very light and being a new company i dont know where to get replacement cartridges when the time comes. The mounting bracket looks very solid along with all the connections. I am looking forward to installing this when my shower stall comes it.
[Rewarded Review] Great Quality for the Price
Excellent quality rain shower system. Handheld doesn’t feel cheap like other units. Mixing valve seems to be of quality and time will tell. Includes inline filters and a brush to clean out the shower heads.
Casa Inc has terrible customer service
Product looks great but when installed one male threaded fitting off the body valve leaked. Two different female fittings were tried and it still leaked. Contacted Casa Inc. to try to get the problem solved so our shower could get finished. However, they just insisted that we installed the product wrong and wouldn’t do anything for us until I told them we had to use another product. Horrible customer service.
Looks very nice in the shower that we tiled. My husband loves the rain shower head.

[Rewarded Review] Nice shower system
The Casainc shower set is a heavy-duty system. It also has some interesting features such as the diverter valve being a simple square knob that easily turns. The hot/cold selector handle does not have much throw to it, so temperature adjustments are quick. As the photos show there is plenty of spray from the shower heads and it only uses 1.8 gallons per minute. The dogs love the hand held shower, also. My only complaint is that some how during installation I scratched the diverter knob.
Rough-In Valve start leaking in 3 month. No warranty after 30(!!!) days. Stay away!
Looks great. High quality product. Had a professional install and they said it was pretty standard to work with.
