Nice with excellent customer service!
I bought this for a new bathroom we are building. Somehow the contractor was unable to find the base plate cover after several months. I called customer service, sent a few photos of the installation showing where the missing piece would go and a week later had a replacement delivered to my door. Very pleased with how well they responded to my need. A big thank you is definitely in order.
Very difficult to work with the valve. The temperature worked but not the pressure.
Large shower head
This has a very generous 10 inch round shower head and provides a very luxurious shower experience. The shower head has little silicone outlets that are self cleaning (although you may find in hard water areas your will periodically need to run your hand firmly over the outlets to free any hard water deposits. Gone are the days of removing the head and soaking it to remove deposits.
Installed in remodeled bathroom. Smooth operation and stylish.
