This works very well. Our pipe coming out of the wall comes out pretty low. This shower head allows us to make the stream of water come from higher than if we used a normal shower head.

Did not end up keeping. Sent it back because the pressure was not good, could differ for everyone. It’s HUGE so you’d have to have really good pressure to begin with.
