I have two wine refrigerators, this is by far the best for the money it holds 160 various size wine bottles and keeps them at my desired temp. Highly recommended. Allavino is a great product.

Ordered ou Alllavino wine refrigerator through The Beverage Factory/San Diego. Smooth order transaction and shipping/communication to SF Bay Area. Unit was extremely well packaged. Followed directions for proper set-up…….unit is working beautifully. Only hiccup was with the ladder style door handle; screw would not tighten in one of two holes. Quick call to Allavino customer service greeted us with care/concern, and easy resolution with shipping of a replacement handle; which we received within a couple of days. We are very pleased with our choice of where to purchase our Allavino refrigerator and the unit itself.

Stopped working after 7 years

Kept this unit in an air conditioned space. All of the sudden just stopped holding temperature. Not cooling at all. Warranty is 5 years, so out of luck.

We have had a very good experience with this cooler. The temperature zones do their job. The rack just below the controller holds our Pinot bottles perfectly.

Requires cabinet as a hobby, not just your wine.

Beverage Factory does stand behind this product. The product uses less than stellar parts and assembly practices, with a poor interior design. 2 replacement fans, a replacement main board, and then a replacement unit. 2nd unit still had problems so I paid someone to fix it with higher quality parts and something other than hot glue. Still not great, I think it is because of where the bottom temp probes are located. Also had to notch the top rack which wouldn't close because of the temp probe.

Love this wine cellar! Can’t wait to install it in my kitchen!

Overall I'm pleased. Attractive and flexible to fit lots of bottles. Only criticism is that the temperatures fluctuate by 4-5 degrees regularly (maybe at 50f top and 55f bottom, then same day might be 60f top 55f bottom, etc) however, the fridge does maintain the proper temperature gap between top and bottom zones which is probably more important. In fairness, I should note the fridge is in the garage until the work to build in the home can be done.

Classy Wine Fridge

This is my second FlexCount wine refrigerator. Needed it because I filled my first one! Great for safely storingaging bottles of good wine. The black cabinet with the blue led lights looks great. Dual zone keeps the white wine cooler than the red. 172 bottle capacity gives you flexibility for the various bottle sizes. I recommend the white glove delivery service. They even took away the shipping trash.

Its interior is very spacious. I personally do not have the space to have my own wine cellar but this cooler is the closest to wine cellar I can ever afford to have. I can fit in 100 bottles and I can still fit in more.
