Absolutely love this vanity. Very high quality, smart storage and very well made. A great buy. Could not be more pleased!

This is a beautiful, really well-made vanity (and should be for the price, so I was really relieved because it was more than twice what I had originally planned to spend). We've only had it for a week or so, but just love the slow-close drawers. Please note the gray is a tiny bit bluish-gray, not a true gray. So just depends on the shade you're looking for. It's a little bluer than I had hoped for, but I'd prefer more blue than a brown-gray so I'll take it! I do wish that the countertop was a gray and white marble like in a lot of the review pics instead of white, and I also VERY much wish the handles on the gray unit were the matte black that the brown color comes with. I'm actually in touch with Ove Decors right now asking if I can trade or purchase those, and also asking about a side matching backsplash since this is installed on a side wall. After reading some critical reviews about having to cut out the inside shelf for plumbing, I was so happy to discover it came with a cut out so our contractor didn't have to make any cuts. I'll mention one of the drawers was jammed upon arrival -- it seems one of the removable slats for the compartments in the middle drawer had gone crooked, so between that and a large piece of styrofoam they had inside the drawer, I nearly thought I'd never get it unjammed. But by squeezing my (very small) hand/arm inside and slowly breaking apart the styrofoam, I finally got it loose. I did go ahead and do granite/marble treatment on it based on some of the reviews, even though I kind of wonder since the countertop is a different color now if the company swapped it out to fix the issue of stains showing so easily. Better safe than sorry, I figure!

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I love the design, color, and top. The cabinet is another story, the assembly is very poor. The doors and drawers do not align; no thought was given to making sure the draws and doors aligned with the side of the cabinet. It looks like a very inexperienced person assemble this item with no thought to symmetry. And, they gave no thought to what the customer might think. It does not do justice to my new bathroom. This is from some who never write bad reviews. I am crushed.

Almost finished remodeling my bathroom this vanity is perfect. Delivery was exceptional. I order vanity from big box store it came cracked. Need another vanity ASAP. Wayfair had the same vanity little more expensive about $100 but I didn’t have to wait weeks for it. Love it!

This was an ordeal. It’s arrival was delayed by a month, due to snow, so it was no ones fault, but when it arrived, both the mirror and the sink were broken. Wayfair attempted to order replacement parts which they said were a month out, so we just decided to wait. However, I’m not sure how it happened but the replacement parts came a few days later and then a duplicate set a month later, and then, the vanity ended up being non-reparable without the possibility of ruining the whole thing according to the tech they sent to fix it. They ended up delivering a whole new vanity. I guess the moral of the story is, if it comes broken, opt for the replacement rather than the parts/repair tech. I do love the vanity though now that it’s in.

Cracked sinks

We did ship to store. The store had warned us sometimes these products come in damaged. We checked the wooden bottom part never thought to check the sinks and marble top. Now our contractor is at the end of the project and everythings on hold because the sink is totally cracked around the base. We are now waiting for a new vanity to be ordered to complete the project. I gave two stars because the bottom wood portion looks nice but thats all I have installed. No idea yet when the new top will be complete or if it will be intact.

Serious Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Emission

This product has labels claiming it is compliant with California's code for formaldehyde. It is either a false label or it is emitting another substance that otherwise might not be monitored, regulated, or controlled. I recieved the product about 9 to 10 days ago, and it is still emitting a noxious smell despite it being "aired out". Generally I am not a sensitive person, and never cared or concerned myself with household fumes. Until now. And only here. Very heavy product - not easy to return either.
