First there was a huge mess with the delivery, which finally came through. Then when I opened the canopy accessory there were parts missing that made it unusable. I had to call and get the first order reimbursed and place the second order. I'm six weeks into it so far and waiting for the reorder. The person on the phone for the reorder was great, but other than that they whole thing has been a hassle. I was hoping for better from HD.
Most subtle power feed
I actually switched to this system after ordering the illumaflex. The power feed in the illumaflex was too bulky, this one is much more subtle and sleek. There's not a lot of space to hide extra wires/cables, so I had to make multiple cuts to my existing wires. The size was perfect for my wood beam. Necessary component to use with AlphaTrak system.
