The package arrived without any signs of damage, however, the product itself had quite a few damaged areas. Since those areas weren't going to affect the purpose of the fountain, they were overlooked.

I put it all together, but from day 1 the pump didn't work. It made noise like it was working, but it didn't pump any water. The warranty company told me that they didn't have any replacement pumps for me. I had to dump all the water out, dry it out, and I returned the whole thing. Huge hassle and huge disappointment.

Fabulous Fountain

Very nice fountain….very little splash

Easy set up with great pump water falls pressure. Light in the evening shows the cascading water perfectly. Love it!!

It is a very nice fountain, perfect size for a patio or porch. I don't like that there are separate cords for the pump and the lights, not many outlets are usually located outside of a house. Also the flow of water is pretty high and it splashes out little drops of water constantly...wish the lowest setting was low enough to have that not happen.

The wind blew the water out very easily. Sent it back.

[Rewarded Review] Its just ok

Its an okay fountain, it already has a leak which is a bummer. I wanted it for in my house but the water splatters too much and you cant adjust the flow of the pump. It smelled something terrible coming out of the box so I recommend not unboxing it in your house like I did. It also doesnt have great sound. It sounds like someone had a faucet on. I was looking for a more rippling sound. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend buying it if you are looking for what I was.

Disappointing product. It is very pretty but the basin is quite shallow and the water flow is so strong that the water splashes out. The fountain empties out almost daily and the motor runs dry. We've tried all sorts of things to make it work better. The finish is also peeling off after only a month in use. Unfortunately we missed the return window by 2 days while trying to remedy the problems ourselves. Now we're stuck with it. I do not recommend this product.

Beautiful sound and gorgeous garden fountain!

This fountain is really simple to use and provides a beautiful sound on our garden. It’s more like a mini waterfall than fountain and the flow of water cascading is soothing. The natural patina enhances the “stone” look.

I was looking for something larger but this actually fits my space very well.
