poor service they didnt even say sorry

we recently opened the box to put together remodeling and just completed dressing room the entire packet of hardware was missing. i called the number on the enclosed card they told me I had to put in request online which I did but I havnt heard anything from them. How hard is it to send a packet of the hardware that should have been there to start with....not happy why does everything have to be so difficult

This vanity stool came with tremendous damage that was obviously re wrapped and packaged to go anyway. This Hillsdale company should be ashamed of itself! This was not shipping damage, for sure. Thank you to Hayneedle for quick resolution to this disaster.
