Drawer does not fit properly
The vanity with the top sink was delivered in 2 parts. I didnt take long to receive though. The color is nice. I haven't installed it yet but Im hoping it holds up.

great value, but the cabinet itself is particle board. Hit it with a coat of polyurethane to hopefully promote water resistance and inhibit impact of humidity

nice looking, poor particleboard quality. The particleboard has 0 resistance to moisture.
I updated my previous sink in my new house and this fit perfectly.
the 18" wall mount vanity is beautiful and easy to assemble. Why only 3 stars? because of the very small space where you are able to fit the evacuation. Even if the opening is 9 1/2 inches high, the back of the drawer reduces that space by 2 inches. Now the space is only 7 1/2 inches x 15 1/2. If you are lucky, your plumbing fits that space. In our case, it did not and we are waiting for the plumber next week to move the evacuation drain (you can cut the top of the drawer but we did not want to cut into the vanity structure.
