beautiful furniture, bad packing from warehouse
I just received the ottoman, and have a couch and 2 love seats coming. I would say to anyone who is ordering this furniture, make sure you tell them NOT to staple the heavy plastic to your furniture, as you can't get the staples out without ripping the bottom off, and if they do send it stapled, check and make sure the staples are not in the faux leather part, or you will have holes in your furniture.
