Not a good company.

I bought the ottoman with a chair. The delivery people obviously dropped it on the back. It was broken but the delivery guys were rude and forceful and intimidated my 55 year old 5 foot tall nanny. Made her sign for it and would help her open the packaging to inspect the chair. So, she didn’t know it was broken. When I got home and found it I called the delivery company and they apologized and said they would pick it up and deliver an new chair. So, when I hadn’t heard anything from them I called back and they said I had to talk to the chair company. Now the chair company is telling me that I waited too long to call. They offered me $75. So, I’d stay away!

I ordered this furniture in June. It did not get delivered until late November. I had trouble contacting the company. The delivery company out of Denver provided excellent service. I would never use Coleman again.

Good furniture and good value but watch out for color differences

Furniture is sturdy, solid, well-made and comfortable. Delivery and service was as company described. Leather is beautiful but not the honey caramel color in the picture. It is a significantly darker chocolate brown with golden undertones. We decided it still worked in our room with a change of rug. I would advise customers that when it comes to color, online pictures may not be reliable. Only reason I did not give five stars.

Leather is too stiff, what product can we use to soften it.? The furniture is too firm and not comfortable. The look is beautiful and construction is very good.

So after months of searching in stores & online, we finally ordered this set, site unseen. Which we would normally never do, however there is so many more options available online these days as opposed to in stores. Overall we are very pleased with the quality & color. The accent pillows are beautiful, but I'm partial to the southwestern look. We would reccomend this set if your considering, well priced for quality made furniture.

Stunning Living Room Set

So we purchased the Silverado Living Room Sett online, site unseen which for me is typically not what I would do for such a large purchase. But after months of researching sets online I loved the color & style if this set. It's even more beautiful in person, very heavy, well constructed & the nailhead trim is even more impressive in person. It seems very supportive as my husband is a bigger guy & he is even impressed. I simply cannot say enough....they say leather only gets better with time so we will see. Overall extremely happy with our purchase, great price for very high end furniture!
