Lesson learned...

Your website says our chairs were delivered this morning at 8:15 am. They aren't here. I wish there was some way to contact the shipping company to confirm delivery. Unfortunately, BB&B chooses a company that doesn't have that capability.

quality was nice but looked like a childs chair

The product I purchased had been white labeled and sold under different names/different vendors. Doing some research I was able to find the cheapest variation via Acme. The item I purchased wasn't the best quality but was fine when being compared to price. If I had paid a slightly higher price as some vendors had published I would not be happy with my purchase. Acme overall was good, the product which they were reselling was just ok at best.

These chairs look awesome! However, review the specs as they are a little smaller than I had envisioned. They’re good for average size folks, but not oversized.

Too small

Too small and leather is rough on the arms. Sorry I bought these. They are children sized

This is such a lovely chair. Perfect for a New York apartment.

Don't buy unless you're furnishing a child's room

I wish I had read the reviews on this chair, it is so small it looks comical in our living room. Other than that it's comfortable and the leather looks nice. I was also excited that it could be shipped to Hawaii.

What a beautiful chair! I love the real leather and the antique brass nail-heads. The chair is small because it is a club chair, but it still sits so comfortably!

Tiny Chair

This is a miniature chair. The best I can describe it is that it looks like it belongs in a child's room. The photo is definitely staged with small furniture around the chair so you can't tell the size. Ours also arrived damaged with deep cracks or scratches in the arms. The best thing about the chair was the great belly laughs my husband and I got from marveling at who would make such a chair.

It's "ok'" and I suppose we got what we paid for - but its pretty basic, and significantly smaller that I had expected. I'd suppose no-one bigger than about 180 could be comfortable sitting here...
