Great for the price, will by again when this wears out.
I bought these peels to be sued as wall menu boards. Their quality and finish were ideal for the artisan, natural look I was looking for. Love them!
We have ordered these pizza peels many times due to the fact that they split in half. Our employees like to cut full sheet pan pizzas right on the wooden peel. As a result the peel splits with the direction of the grain. Perhaps where the glue seams are. All though the overall mill-work is satisfactory & the shape and finish is great, our complaint is that they do not hold up to the wear and tear of a pizzeria.
