This is the second time I've ordered live plants from Wayfair, and I have been extremely pleased with packaging and product! I would definitely recommend this product.

This plant is really in wonderful condition, tall, healthy, beautiful. I am so pleased with it. If it dies, it's totally on me!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. I was sent a root rotted dying plant and they act like they don’t know when they sent it that it was root rot.. plus when I told them about it and sent pictures they refused to give me a refund so I will be taking extra measures..

My bird of paradise arrived with mealybug infestation as well as a fungal infestation. The poor thing had multiple leaves completely split in half, blackened by the fungal infection and eaten away by mealy bugs. Luckily I’m smart enough to know how to treat it, but a beginner wouldn’t know what to do and this would have devastated their entire collection of plants. I’m hoping she pulls through and I can save her, but I wouldn’t get another plant from this shop. Sorry not sorry.

I just got this today and it is diseased. The leaves are on the edges and there are black spots on some of the leaves. I moved out away from my other plants. I order a lot please advise. Lori uribe

Wish they would have been in better shape on arrival. In the end I had to cut off a couple of leaves to make it presentable.

Smaller than expected, but it’s a healthy plant without any damage.

Have been trying to start these plants from seed for about 5 months. They take up to 60 days to germinate, but I was able to buy the live plant and love it!

Beautifully and carefully packed in a box that had holes for ventilation. The plant looks beautiful and healthy. Much bigger than I expected, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.

If I were at a plant nursery I would not have picked this plant. I would have chosen one without several damaged leaves
