Arrived in good shape. There was some bug damage to the leaves but I think the plant will grow out of that. Love the convenience of ordering online. Plant was bigger than I expected—pleased with that.

The plants were well packed and delivery without any soil spilled. Two were ordered. They both came with flowers and look healthy. Fragrant but not too strong.

The shrub arrived in excellent condition. The soil was moist. It was a little smaller than I expected, but seems very healthy.

Unfortunately I don’t think my tree will survive. 90 percent of the leaves were at the bottom when I unpacked the plant. The heat did not help as so many leaves were dry.

The 5 boxed plants were exposed to high temperatures during several day transit and were compromised. They are having a tough time recovering and still showing signs of stress.

I believe the plant was healthy when it left the nursery. The tracking system was so good that I could see the carrier kept it in their facility for extra days and in their delivery truck on the last day for almost 10 hours before delivered it at my door. It was over 100 degrees here. The box was warm with lots of fallen leaves inside. Supplier did a good job in packaging and marking the box. Just carrier didn’t seem to care. The plant is almost bald but still alive. Maybe I’ll buy it again in the cooler seasons if it dies.

Very strong and healthy

I live in a climate that can be very hot during the day in summer, it is 102 right now, cold at night, snow in the winter (mountains). This bush is healthy and happy despite the temperature extremes. The bugs leave it alone, it is growing and looks great.

Plant arrived very diseased

My plant was leafy but unfortunately sick when it arrived - many black dots all along the stems; and brown spots on the back of almost half of all leaves. Applied fungicide right away but many more healthy-looking leaves started developing spots. Had to return, bummer.

Beautiful, large and healthy plant

The plant I received is smaller than the one in the picture which show at least three feet hight but the one sent to me is just a feet tall.

Some leaves are turning yellow

Fast shipping, ordered on 05/20/2024 and received today (05/23/2024). Plant height is around 14", much smaller than picture. It looks nice but some leaves are turning yellow.

Beautiful plant, bush is 2 foot tall and many branches. Usually you get a stick with a few leaves! This is fantastic!
