Nothing fancy but very practical.

I bought this kitchen faucet about 4 years ago and have been very very happy with it. It is not fancy like the other more expensive faucets but practical and durable. The customer service is excellent sending me an extra part (nozzle) when it quit switching from spray to bubbler. Highly recommend, it's worth the money!

Faucet sprayer heads don't last.

We bought the sink/faucet combo from Sam's or Costco 4-5 years ago. I'm on the website looking for my third sprayer head for replacement. Apparently they don't have them anymore. Not impressed.

Looks cool but sprayer breaks quickly

We have had this kitchen sink faucet for about 5 years. The faucet broke about 3 years in and is perpetually stuck on the spray function, which splatters every time we use it. On top of that, we've had a hard time finding a way to replace the faucet head and hose without replacing the whole thing because I can't find the parts anywhere. Very disappointing and would not recommend a new buyer purchasing due to the hassle.

Nice finish and style for the money.

I read all the comments and I must say I have not had any trouble with this faucet as described in the comments. I am suspect to their installation, under sink valves, hose routing and so on... The spray head works flawlessly as the pressure is sufficient.

Spray Assembly Unsatisfactory

This was the installed faucet when we bought our house in 2019. The spray assembly would spray only and intermittently stream when it wanted to within 2 months of use. I ordered an identical replacement head and cleaned the original to keep as a spare. It wasn’t 3 months later that I was swapping the heads again. And again.

Looks Great and Works Well Until Spray Head Fails

This faucet assembly was on our kitchen sink when we purchased the house in 2018. I replaced the faucet head at the beginning of 2019 because it stopped returning to straight stream from spray. Three years later (June 2022) I am replacing the spray head again as it is beginning to show signs of sticking on spray.

Very bad faucet

Faucet ame with sink. Water flow is well below half gallon per minute. Contacted American Standard and received no help. There is no blockage, no kink in lines and poor flow. DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET

Montvale single handle kitchen Faucet review

Good Faucet, strong body and easy to install, but sprayer has to be replaced repeatedly

Faucet, boo. Cust svc, yay!!

Something is wrong with this faucet model. Installed, water flowed at a trickle. Ordered new cartridge, water flowed at an even slower trickle. Customer service was wonderful about getting the problem rectified.

Handle falls off

The handle has fallen out of the base. Attempts to screw back-in or tighten are fruitless. Any ideas ?

I hate this faucet. Using the sprayer function causes it to stuck in that mode. It has been over a week and I haven't been able to get it to go to a stream instead of the sprayer. It would do that from time to time before, but it would switch eventually to the stream. I had this installed about a year ago. I'm going to look for another faucet. SHAME!

Broken faucet head

Having the same issue it seems a lot of others are having. The faucet head is stuck on spray setting because the toggle switch is broken. Now water sprays everywhere on the countertop whenever I use the faucet. I've tried to call customer service but they just keep you on hold forever without answering. Don't waste your money on an item that will break within a year.

Spray Head is Awfully Designed

The original head lasted a year and then got stuck in spray mode. American Standard sent a replacement that lasted another year. The problem is the rubber coated toggle switch. It isn’t solid inside. They need to make new toggle switches that are just solid plastic.

Love the look and function!

I bought this a few months ago when we renovated our kitchen and it looks and functions great! We did have a problem with the switch that made it a sprayer but American Standard shipped us a replacement head very quickly.

Don't buy it.

Bought it with a sink about a year ago. Faucet won't go into the stream mode anymore. Just sprays all over. Waited on hold over an hour with product support and gave up.
